Welcome to CenterSpot.Ca. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the CenterSpot.Ca website, mobile application, and services. By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, browsing, or using any part of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines posted on the Platform. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.
2. Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and update your information as needed
- Keep your login credentials confidential
- Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
- Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your province
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Service Provider Terms
If you register as a service provider, you additionally agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your qualifications, licenses, and certifications
- Maintain all required licenses, permits, and insurance
- Deliver services professionally and in accordance with your listed descriptions and pricing
- Respond to booking requests and communications in a timely manner
- Not engage in misleading advertising or deceptive practices
Service providers are independent contractors and not employees of CenterSpot.Ca.
4. Customer Terms
As a customer, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information when making booking requests
- Treat service providers with respect and professionalism
- Pay for services as agreed upon at the time of booking
- Provide honest reviews based on your actual experience
- Cancel or reschedule bookings in accordance with the provider’s cancellation policy
5. Payments & Refunds
- Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment providers
- Service providers set their own pricing; CenterSpot.Ca may charge a platform service fee
- Refund eligibility is determined by the individual provider’s cancellation policy
- Disputes should first be addressed directly with the service provider
6. Content Policy
By posting content on CenterSpot.Ca, you:
- Grant CenterSpot.Ca a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your content on the Platform
- Represent that you own or have the right to share the content
- Agree not to post content that is defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, or otherwise illegal
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CenterSpot.Ca shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Platform, any conduct or content of any third party, or unauthorized access to your content. The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration in Ontario, Canada. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
